Anna Sólrún is lucky enough to be both Icelandic and British. Born in the majestic West Fjords, she has lived in the UK and is now back home in Iceland again. Her favourite place is the countryside of Skagafjörður – preferably in September when locals ride into the highlands to bring their horses and sheep home for the winter. Such a special experience to be part of! Also, if not in the office making travel dreams come true, as an accomplished artist and crafter, Sólrún can often be found paintbrush in hand. Her beautiful name, by the way, means “sun rune” or “secret knowledge of the sun”.
