You can reach us through the contact form on our website or by email. Every inquiry goes directly to our team, and we get back to you personally. Tell us your travel dates, how many people are traveling, and a rough idea of what you are looking for. We will come back to you with a personalized offer, usually within a few days.
Once you are happy with the proposal, we confirm the booking and issue an invoice. A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total price secures your trip. The remaining balance is due 10 weeks before your departure. For bookings made within 70 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, and secure payment link.
After full payment, everything arrives by email: your detailed itinerary, accommodation confirmations, practical information for each day, and our emergency contact details. Then all that is left to do is pack.
